Team Training offers you a unique and personalized workout experience at about 1/3rd of the cost of Personal Training
Teams consist of 4 members that train with one trainer. Teams are assigned so no need to recruit partners, we will do that. The teams meet twice a week at a set time. There are monthly challenges that keep it fun and exciting. Please refer to the Club Schedule for dates and times. If the date and time is not listed, please contact the front desk as we are always adding dates and times. There are three levels to accommodate all fitness and experience levels. They are:
Team Transformation-Entry level team whose primary goal is body transformation. The teams focus on cardiovascular training, stabilization, strength as well as flexibility training. If you want big results, this is the team for you!
Team Fitness- Intermediate level team that focuses on taking your fitness to the next level! High intensity workouts focused on strength endurance, aerobic and anaerobic training, as well as flexibility training will challenge you and increase your overall fitness level.
Team Power-Advanced level team that focuses on advanced training techniques including dynamic and reactive stabilization training, anaerobic and aerobic training, power training as well as flexibility training. Power training is not for everyone, but it can produce amazing results. Recommended for athletes and members who like a serious challenge.
